Welcome to the Employee Campaign Coordinator (ECC) resource page. As an ECC, you are the driving force of your workplace campaign. Thank you for your time and committment; the success of our annual campaign is not possible without your efforts.
As an ECC, you serve as the planner, organizer, cheerleader, and overall "go-to" person for your workplace campaign and all things United Way. ECCs give each of their co-workers the opportunity to LIVE UNITED. This is a big job! Don't fret though, we're here to help you every step of the way.
Your Basic Materials
Every dollar truly counts as we reach our goals together, one workplace at a time, one dollar at a time. Choose a goal that fits your workplace. Create a challenging, but realistic and obtainable goal for your campaign. We invite you to be creative and come up with a goal that will motivate your co-workers to GIVE and LIVE UNITED.
One example of a goal is 100% participation. If everyone in your workplace makes the decision to donate, even if it's a $1 donation, you will accomplish your goal.
