The United Way of Blair County awards funds annually to 501 (c) (3) organizations that operate programs within Blair County that have the greatest potential to make a positive impact on identified priority need areas:  Health, Education, Welfare and Emergency Needs.
Funds are awarded through a competitive grant process.

Please note:
This RFP is presented as a PDF form, but cannot be submitted electronically.  An original hard copy with signatures, along with ten copies must be submitted to the United Way of Blair County office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 16, 2012. Do NOT use the electronic signature function.
The RFP includes a schedule of training opportunities on page 1. 
Grant awards will be announced in May, 2012 and funding will be distributed quarterly beginning July 1, 2012.
